Get ready, racers — the NHRA West Central Division is headed back to Brainerd International Raceway for one of the biggest events of the year: the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Doubleheader, featuring Stock/Super Stock Class Eliminations and five full days of high-horsepower action.
Mark your calendars for August 6–10, 2025, and get ready for an action-packed week of racing, camaraderie, and championship implications as the D5 points chase heats up.

Thursday, August 7th – Race 1
Gates Open: 8:00 AM
Qualifying: 9:00 AM
Stock/Super Stock Class Eliminations: 3:00 PM
Alcohol Test Session: 6:30 PM
Friday, August 8th – Race 1
Gates Open: 8:00 AM
Eliminations Begin: 8:30 AM
Alcohol Qualifying: 12:30 PM / 3:30 PM / 6:00 PM
Saturday, August 9th – Race 2
Gates Open: 8:00 AM
Qualifying: 9:00 AM
Alcohol Eliminations: 12:30 PM / 3:30 PM / 6:00 PM
Sunday, August 10th – Race 2
Final Eliminations: 8:30 AM

Important Parking Information
All racers will be parked by NHRA/BIR staff.
Racers staying for the National Event will be parked once and remain in place for both weekends.
Racers NOT attending the Lucas Oil Nationals must be off the property by Monday, August 11th at 12:00 PM.

Tech Card & Event Policies
There will be no paper tech cards for this event.→ Tech card links are included in your ticket confirmation email.
ALL racers must submit a tech card and sign the waiver before making a run.→ Failure to do so will result in disqualification of that driver and vehicle.
