Parking & Credentials Open: 12:00pm

Stacking Begins: 8:00pm

Wednesday, August 6th, 2025

Megaweek Camping Begins

Gates Open: 7:00am

Test n Tune: 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Overnight Stacking Begins: 8:00pm

Thursday, August 7th, 2025 - Race 1

Gates Open: 7:00am

Qualifying: 9:00am

Class Eliminations: 3:00pm

Alcohol Test Session: 6:30pm

Friday, August 8th, 2025 - Race 1

Gates Open: 7:00am

Eliminations: 8:30am

Alcohol Qualifying: 12:30/3:30/6:00

Saturday, August 9th, 2025 - Race 2

Gates Open: 7:00am

Qualifying: 9:00am

Alcohol Eliminations: 12:30/3:30/6:00


Sunday, August 10th, 2025 - Race 2

Final Eliminations: 8:30am

***IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION***

Every racer will be parked by NHRA/BIR staff. Those staying for the National Event will be parked in a spot that they will remain for both weekends. Racers not attending the Lucas Oil Nationals will need to be off property no later than Monday, Aug. 11th at 12pm.

Daily Run Schedule



Tech Card Policy Reminder

Reminder to all participants, any driver making a run prior to submitting an electronic tech card and not signing the online or onsite waiver will be disqualified from the event. Disqualification applies to the driver and vehicle in which the illegal run was involved. Should a driver have a second entry in a different category at the same event, the second entry will be allowed to continue providing tech inspection and waiver signing was completed prior to making a run in the vehicle.

Tech Card Policy Reminder

If any corrections are required after submitting a tech card. Competitor will notify the race director or NHRA staff of any necessary corrections as soon as possible. NHRA will provide the competitor with a link to edit the tech card.

 

Class Changes (STK, SS, COMP)

Stock Super, Stock, and Comp competitors that request a class change after submitting a tech card. Racer notifies the tech department of a class change prior to making a qualifying attempt. Tech department confirms vehicle fits within the class then makes applicable changes to weight sticker, etc. Tech department notifies the tower of change
