Class competed on 1/8 mi distance.

All NHRA ET rules apply.  Advanced ET rules apply to cars 4.50 and quicker.

Two 16 car fields will be comprised of the quickest qualified dragsters and quickest qualified doorcars.  Altereds permitted on dragster side of the ladder.  Side-steer roadsters are prohibited.  The top 3 qualifiers on each side of the ladder will receive bonus points at the end of qualifying. Number 1 qualifier -3pts, number 2 qualifier – 2pts, number 3 qualifier - 1 pt.  Cars will be laddered on a sportsman ladder off of qualifying time.

Must dial no slower than .10 of qualifying time with a maximum dial of 5.29.

Non-qualifiers may be eligible to run in Super Pro at tracks discretion.  Non-qualifiers will receive 10 points for the event.

Standard sportsman points system in use. Points awarded based on rounds won (should one side of the ladder be short a round, racers receive points based on rounds won).

Racers may compete and accumulate points with multiple/different (Dragster/Doorcar) cars over the season.  Racers may only qualify a single car in the field during the same event.

At tracks discretion, racers may run the same car in other classes provided they do so in a timely manner.

In the event of a race’s forced cancelation prior to eliminations all cars passing will receive 10 attendance points.  If a round of qualifying has been completed but no eliminations all qualifiers will receive first round points.  If eliminations are in progress points will be awarded as based as the field stands if no attempts to complete eliminations are possible.  Payouts will be split according to respective the field.

One grade point per weekend will be awarded to NHRA Top Sportsman/Top Dragster legal competitors.
